• Paper notes are kept in a locked filing cabinet.

• Digital files are stored on a password-protected computer.

• Phone numbers may be stored in my business mobile under first name + initial.

• Only I have access to your information.

How Long I Keep Your Data

• I keep your records for 7 years (as required by my insurer).

• After this time, records are securely destroyed and phone numbers deleted.
