  • map out how we can work together to support your personal growth and wellbeing.

Your Session

Your session can take place in person, in my practice room in Leeds. Or via Zoom. 

​

 We will start with guided relaxation: I’ll guide you into a relaxed, hypnotic state (don’t worry, you’ll be fully aware and in control!).

​

 Then we will do the work with your subconscious mind to explore underlying beliefs and patterns that may be influencing your current challenges.

 

 Transformation: Once we identify the core beliefs or blocks, we’ll work to reframe and support you in reframing them into more positive and empowering beliefs that align with your goals. 

​

During the last part of your session, I will create a transformational personalised recording for you,which is designed to support and reinforce your session afterwards.

Each session typically lasts between 90 to 120 minutes, each session typically lasts between 90 to 120 minutes, and many clients find the experience meaningful even from the first session.

Prior to the session, you will  receive a copy of my Terms and Conditions which will need to be read, signed, and returned, before our session.

Your Participation

  After your session, you will be sent your personal transformational recording. You can download it onto your mobile or computer.

For best results, it is recommended that you listen to your recording daily for around 21 days after your session.

The recording is designed around your specific needs and goals and listening regularly can help reinforce positive beliefs and support you in moving beyond unhelpful patterns or thought processes.

  I will check in with you on around day 10 after your session, but I am available to support you throughout the process. This is included in your session fee.

We will also have a follow-up call after around 21 days to review your experience and progress.
